2020 was a very strange and difficult time for the whole world. What we had known was being turned upside down. I took to writing a journal during that year and then in 2021 I took excerpts from that journal to create this series of work. Creating essays to visually express my thoughts and feelings about what was going on within the world we once knew. It wasn’t just about lock down but news stories, demonstrations and my personal life of that year.
