Cornwall Open Studios This Month

Hi everyone, Well what a great time I have had at The Castle in Bude. For the last three weeks I have been exhibiting there alongside fellow artist Julie Wrathall, She is one of the UKs leading Encaustic Artists.  We met so many lovely people, some of my work has been sold, some visitors are planning to come to my studio to see more of my work, and some were just enjoying looking at what I have created and the demos we were providing. I took my work down yesterday and the gallery space will now go to another artist to display and sell their work. I will definitely go over and take a look, because Artists are also buyers.

So what next is on the agenda? I have a few bits in the pipeline, I will be having two exhibitions coming up in July and August and Cornwall Open Studios starts at the end of this month.

Cornwall Open Studios 23rd – 31st May – My studio will be open for the two weekends 23rd – 25th then 29th – 31st. Please do come over to see my studio and the work I have created over the years. All pieces are available to buy, and as you know each piece is only created ONCE, so when you purchase a piece you know that the will never be a second one created or used in merchandise.

Tilted Angel Gallery – A beautiful contemporary art gallery has opened in Boscastle and in July and again in August I will be displaying work in their Guest Artist Gallery,  Monday 20th to Sunday 26th July and then again Monday 24th to Sunday 30th August. So if you are in North Cornwall visiting around those dates please come down to Boscastle to see my work and the work at The Tilted Angel Gallery. And of course you are always welcome to come to my studio for a visit in my home gallery, just message or call me and I will book you in.

Well I better get my boxes and bags unpacked from yesterday and tidy up this studio, so until next month have a great day and month ahead
