November brought a much needed pause as I headed to Southern Spain to visit family. The sunshine, slower pace and familiar faces were exactly the reset I needed before heading into a busy winter season.
Along with the break, I continued developing a series of new essays for work, which I plan to complete after Christmas. These pieces are shaping up to be some of my most thoughtful and in-depth work yet. All will be shown at The Homecoming exhibition with Encaustic Artist Julie Wrathall in April 2026 at The Castle in Bude.
I also put out the schools in Cornwall and North Devon, my Abstract Workshops for their students. Hopefully after the Christmas break, with the beginning of a new term the schools will book me in for their Off Curriculum/ Enrichment days.
